The visa process. The successful candidate will work with the LCI Group team to provide high-quality student counseling services to prospective students. Responsibilities:
- Provide expert counseling to students seeking to study in the UK.
- Help students select appropriate universities based on their academic qualifications and interests.
- Assist students with the visa application process and provide guidance on visa requirements.
- Provide advice on financial aid, scholarships, and other funding opportunities.
- Develop relationships with UK universities and maintain up-to-date knowledge of their programs and admission requirements.
- Attending recruitment fairs and other events to promote LCI Group services.
- Manage student records and maintain the confidentiality of all information.
- Contribute to the development of LCI Group policies and procedures.
- Could you provide regular reports to management on student recruitment and counseling activities?
- Participate in training and professional development activities to keep abreast of developments in the field.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent knowledge of UK universities and their admission requirements.
- Experience in visa application and visa requirements.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of student information.
- Fluency in English.

- Coordinate with channel partner facing activities and oversee all student recruitment activities in the region
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that material meet and align with overall sales objectives.
- Develop and execute tactical sales plans that meet or exceed our regional growth objectives including achievement of student enrolment targets
- Represent LCI at higher education recruitment fairs, conferences, and to make visits to partners and recruitment agents.
- Identifies new opportunities, managing CRM diligently, expanding the funnel, proactive agent engagement for current and future growth of sales and profitability.
- Cultural sensitivity, collaborating with other departments and stakeholders within the company
Job Requirements
- Min 1 years of experience in sales and marketing ideally with exposure to an agency/indirect distribution model in international recruitment
- Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace and the challenges within this industry
- Excellent written/verbal English language and the local language will be an added advantage.
- Highly personable and culturally sensitive with a willingness to work with people of all backgrounds.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
