Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our online presence across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SEO, PPC campaigns (Meta & Google Ads), website management, and a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS updates. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to execute effective digital strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities: Search Engine Optimization (SEO): - Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements.
- Monitor and improve organic search rankings.
- Perform regular SEO audits and implement improvements.
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: - Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Create ad copies, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust to improve ROI.
- Prepare monthly reports and insights for continuous improvement.
Website Management: - Update and maintain website content through CMS platforms.
- Work with development teams to resolve website issues.
- Ensure website performance, usability, and best practices.

Technical Skills: - Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS for minor website edits.
